Hi all,

So what is the diving like in Sodwana in August? And which dive operators would you recommend?

Many thanks for any help,

Dan

I went with reef teach in early January and was very happy with them.

Pricing was reasonable, staff friendly and well trained
Accommodation was nice and comfortable
Dive equipment was used but in good condition
Skippers and boats all good and no issues
DM's were knowledgeable of the area and relaxed but professional

Sodwana Bay Self Catering Accommodation & Scuba diving experience

I did a total of 12 dives with them and enjoyed every single one

Roonies (deep dive) was awesome as was caves and overhangs

Well Sodwana was awesome in the end, 8 great dives (chose to go out fishing instead one day) had highlights such as dolphins and dusky shark (which i failed to get videos of) on a dive at 8 mile, dolphins and whale shark on the way out to 7 mile, turtles at 8 mile and stringer, stingrays and morays everywhere and just generally great visibility and conditions. Attached is a short edit of videos taken during the week.
