Bio Fin Pro C or Pro C XT

I've decided on the Apollo Bio Fins which are available locally in the more rigid style XT. Can anyone speak from experience the difference between the Bio Fin Pro and Bio Fin Pro XT, I don't consider my self a powerful kicking swimmer.
