O ring size

What is the correct O ring size for an Aqualung SEA regulator Din adapter?
The issue I am having is that although the O rings work they fall off the din adapter and remain in the tank valve. Besides I would like to have several of the correct size in my spare parts kit.

Yes, I have exactly the same problem! The o-ring seems like it fits, but it often falls off inside (i.e., once or twice a month). Once in a while, it falls off while pressurized on the surface, but in the water it's fine. It freaks the crap out of me.

I guess due to the air and water pressure, even an incorrect o-ring size works. However, I don't like that thought in the back of my mind.

The Aqua Lung p/n is 820094. Any Aqua Lung dive store should be able to get some for you.
