No fried egg jellies, but Marina Del Rey harbor is chocked full of moon jellies. At least it was two or three weeks ago. You could easily see 12 or more from any one place on shore.
 
I saw one at S. Crescent in Laguna a couple of weeks ago.. Cute little guys aren't they!
 
ive seen at least one fried egg jelly on every dive for the last couple of weeks or so
 
HBDiveGirl and I saw one on May 30th at Black Point (Rock)...frontside of Catalina. He was free-swimming in open water, as we were heading for our safety stop.
