Looking for a dive knife

Hello maybe someone can help. I saw this really cool looking knife. It said IST on the case. I searched and searched but couldn't find anything on-line. Can someone tell me if this is a company name or is it under something else. Also where can I find them. :turtle:

Hmmm... well I just recently found one on a wall dive at 100 fsw or so setting on a ledge...
