New news to me. Wonder how deep the P38 is.
 
whew! 70m of water! Plus if 86 men are still listed as missing, I would imagine it would be protected and not a spot for rec/tec divers.
Like to see some pics on it though.

70m is way deeper than I'll go anytime soon, that's for sure.

Don't see why this would be protected. We can dive on the U-869, and it's got the whole crew aboard. We can dive the Japanese ships in Truk, they've got crew aboard. It's the same thing here.

Don't disturb the remains, and treat the wreck with respect, and we just might have a new divesite.
