I've been using two coats of nail polish on my .38 cal bullets but it aint workin. Any other ideas?

I have read that some people vacum seal the whole power head. When you need to use the power head you just poke the shaft through the plastic.

Use 1 or maybe 2 coats of a jet-dry nail polish. On both the primer and the bullet. The cartridges should last upto 5 dives sometimes more.

I have used the fingernail polish method with two coats on both the primer and neck crimp. It has worked for me up to 120 ft down. I have also used spar varnish on .223 ball ammo and blanks that worked ok. I only use them 1 time before discarding them.

Excuse me for asking, what are you using a .38 for under water?!!!

A powerhead is used as a personal protection device when spearfishing. .38 is a popular size.
