i PMed tech admin regarding adding the Phils in the 5th anniv raffle of SB... although they're going to look into any legal hindrance/ policies of our participating, any help from our end (eg pertinent laws, etc.) would be a huge help

there are no restrictions on winning. they just have to include the Philipines as one of the countries that can win
