I'll be in Philippines (Manila) in late December to early January with my girlfriend. We plan to spend a few days in Anilao, and probably some time in Puerto Galera, or some other dive region.
What are good rates in Aniloa for the nitrox and deep diver specialties (separately or combined). Also my girlfriend still needs the AOW, what's the going rate for that in Aniloa? What dive resorts would you recommend for someone on a budget (I'm just a grad student, so budget is a concern)?
I've been to Puerto Galera before and they have good rates imo, though judging on what I can find on the web, then nitrox speciality course is a little expensive at the resorts that list their price for it on the net.
