Well.. what a ride... I mange to start doing some nice laps of the pool in dinamic apnea.... sooooo fast!

I have to confess they hurt a little bit but they are amazing...

Can't waint to try my monofin in the sea...

yup, monofins are fast... I think I clocked mine at over 5mph ..., the first time you take it down to depth be ready for an awkward turn around, happened to me the first time. and sometimes it seems that you start to snake your body but still don't get goin', that's kinda freaky when your trying to get back up from depth.

The strange issue is that it bloody hurts my toes... I guess is a think of getting use to....
