Can anybody identify what crab is this? I cant find this on any books..

Some kind of spider crab—Hoplophrys oatesii?

Yes, what Vie said. I think the common name is candy crab. It is usually found on soft coral. I have seen them in the Philippines, Burma and Indonesia.
