Some kind of spider crab—Hoplophrys oatesii?
 
Yes, what Vie said. I think the common name is candy crab. It is usually found on soft coral. I have seen them in the Philippines, Burma and Indonesia.
 
I've never seen one, but that is a nice picture.

Not sure which crab, but is bahura the same place as Layag Layag in Batangas?
