Does anyone here have experience with the Kona Tiki hotel? It sounds like a good value. Are they 'diver friendly'?

my wife and i checked it out last year. it is clean and literally right on the ocean. but it dosent have phone or tv. we we thinking about staying there but wanted the convenience of having a phone and tv for the evenings.
