I have a 4200 and now I have a Sealife SL690 strobe . . .
What's the best setting to use this on ?
I seem to be getting odd results on surface tests - like the strobe light does'nt "paint" the subject and is only sensed by the camera when in Red eye mode ?
Even then the light is low . . .
I have the onboard speedlight covered and if I use full burst (or Auto) all i get is a black exposure. The strobe does fire though.
Real strange.
Also can I get RAW images out of the 4200 - if so how ?
Can't see anything in the manual . .
