It looks like a great deal, but am curious if it is substantial and strong?

I'm not familiar with that bag. But I can tell you that the Akona Evolution (http://www.sharpdiver.com/product_info.php/products_id/358) bag is one of the best that I've seen to date. You can easily fit 2 dive systems in it and still have some room to boot. It's more than twice the cost, but it's very well constructed and designed bag for the price tag.
What ever you decide on, make sure it's well constructed. Better to buy once than to have to buy twice.... or worse yet, have damaged gear.

I have the Laguna and it is a great bag. Depending on what you will be doing with it, you may want to check out the Titan, too. The Laguna is almost too big and is easy to pack over the 50# weight limit of most airlines. (Mine was 68# coming back from a trip last year but was only 54# going -- got charged for the overweight on the way back :-)
For a smaller bag, I've thought of getting a Malibu. If you do order from them, you can hardly go wrong throwing a few extras in at their prices. (I have two hoods and a regulator bag, too.)
