TPII / Travel wing / 16 or 32 WI - Good value at this price?

I am looking to get hte following, but being in the UK, it is hard to find such a setup. Is the following good value?

In my lexicon "Good Value" is more than price. It is the combination of Service, Quality, Suitability of item to task, Reliability, and, oh yes, Price.

I've done business with the DiveRiteExpress folks. They have given me nothing but the best. In the past their prices have been competitive and in most cases the lowest.

I dive a TransPacII withe RecWings. In the years I've had it it has given me good service.

Just looking at the price it seems like a pretty good deal. I just bought the same setup except I got the RecWings and paid 529.00 and was told the price was going up to 618.00
