Great report, I think I'll finally get around to hitting Troy on the way back from the Megadive this year. The wreck seems cool, regardless of whether or not there is much left of it - the fact that it exists... in a spring... is pretty fascinating.

Interesting report. Why couldn't you bring lights in if you are cave certified?

Don't want to take this post off topic and not sure what the protocol is here... I noticed someone in the pics from your trip report wearing what looked like a Pinnacle Polar semi-dry wetsuit? I live in Gainesville, and am thinking about getting one of those for the springs. Any idea what the owner thinks of that suit? I'd be happy to PM or email if you don't mind telling me how to contact that person. Thanks!

I think it was a fusion or glacier actually, but my friend does have a polar. He loves it. Im going to buy one myself this winter.

I'm wearing a pinnacle polar in my avatar pic as well. I love it. It does take an awfully long time to dry though, but that is my only complaint.
