I had some great weight loss success in 2001 - well I have almost put it all back on. Decided to quit fighting it on my own and I joined WW yesterday. I haven't completed my grocery list (going to do that tonight) then going to start in earnest tomorrow!!

I'm going to start logging in my weight losses (again). I need to have to report in to keep me going. :)

I've been able to loose 2 inches in the last 1 1/2 months. I've been eating 2000 to 2500 calories a day and working out 5 days a week. I run for 1.5 miles in 13.5 minutes, then I lift weights for about 35 minutes. Every day I do a different muscle group. Monday-arms, Tuesday-legs, Wednesday-chest, Thursday-back, Friday-repeat arms. I gone from 39 7/8 inches to 38 inches and from 206 lbs to 196.5 lbs.

My motivation was to fit into the wetsuit I plan on wearing. It fits now, but will look better if I loose another 3 inches on my waist.

I had huge success with WW now I been stuck for the last two months at the same rate going up and down by a lb or two. I been working out more and think the issue is it has been turning to muscle so the weight is still the same. Though WW helps I find the plans not to be always accurate. There been weeks where I have drank and partied like there wa no tommorow and lost 5 lbs and then there been weeks I followed the plan to the T and gained. Either way I wish you the best in your journey.

i've had that same thing happen. i think after a while, you lose or gain based on the week before last, not the last week. but, hey, maybe that's just me. best of all luck & perserverance, naui!! i need to do it again myself. lost 20 this spring & it stayed off, but i have more that could go, definitely.
