I'm trying to decide if I should make a quick trip down to Destin this weekend... and I need to decide by tomorrow.

Is anyone familiar enough with the area to know what is expected this weekend in terms of diving conditions (temps, surf, ect.)? Would it be worth the trip down?

I've been to Destin a few times but have never dove there (yet). I appreciate any information and/or advice...
 
Air temps look to be in the 70s during the day and 50s at night. Water temps in the upper 70s, possibly low 80s still?

Surf should be subsiding Tuesday or Wednesday, but I have no idea about visibilities after the most recent swirly thing completely exits the Gulf.

Destin has some great offshore dives and a few fun shore dives - whether it'll be worth it this weekend? No idea.
