Where is this located at?? More or less out of curiosity as I've learned some dive sites have multiple names. 
Cheeca Rocks is a shallow (10-20') nearshore patch reef with lots of pretty corals (hard and soft), and fishes. Visibility is often limited, but when the water's clear, it's a great place to offgas!
I agree with KeyLargoBrent -- but, hey, I should because he lives there!
The times I've been to Cheeca Rocks it's usually been as the second, more shallow, dive of a two tank trip. It's also a popular snorkeling spot. The coral is very pretty and there is lots of marine life. However, depending on wind and seas the visibility is often poor compared to sites on the "outside".
