Does anyone out there have any personal experience related to boating and diving this site they could share

I agree with KeyLargoBrent -- but, hey, I should because he lives there!

The times I've been to Cheeca Rocks it's usually been as the second, more shallow, dive of a two tank trip. It's also a popular snorkeling spot. The coral is very pretty and there is lots of marine life. However, depending on wind and seas the visibility is often poor compared to sites on the "outside".
