A quick question for those of you who live in the Melbourne/Titusville area . . .

I'm tenatively planning on coming down to Melbourne in April for the Viet Nam Veterans campout. While down there I'd like to get in some dives. Are there any good charters you would recommend in the area for some wreck diving?

Thanx . . .

Not too much in the area...no dive charters out of Port Canaveral...Pretty much have to travel to Jupiter or West Palm for any decent diving. Occasionally the beaches are divable in spring but for the most part will be blown out

Let us know.... Jupiter Dive CHARTERs is a great charter out of Jupiter. I would love to dive with you... Just let me know with a PM and I will try to set something up for us.... Sounds like a great time.

If you want wrecks though, West Palm, Fort Laud., or Key Largo might be a better choice... Let me know.

Hmmm

Mike....Never knew about Art...Have you dove with him much...can he accomodate students?

We went out with him to do some deep dives this past summer.

He is a former USAF PJ, and is very squared away. I suspect he would be fine with training dives.

Thanx, Murph . . . I will certainly do that.

. . . and a Merry Christmas to you and yours!

I've never gone out with Art. I'll have to try him sometime. There are not a lot of shallow places to dive in the area, so training dives may be a problem there. Although, it's not a bad idea to ask. If you are from Cocoa, it's a lot closer than Jupiter or Palm Beach.
