Cabo Question?

I will be heading to Cabo at the end of January and was wondering if anyone has ever stayed at the Pueblo Bonito Rose'? I know nothing about it, but it looks good on the internet. My second question concerns dive sites. Are there dive sites that are better to go to during this time of year than others? For example, are mantas, sharks, or other large lelagics more prevalent at certain sites during certain times of the year?

rose is nice. gordo banks (deep) is very cool. also golfito (off lands end) is interesting.
