Banda Sea - Sept. 5-17, 2006 - $3495pp, 12 nights, 13 days
All divers enjoy unlimited dive time. You will have the freedom to enjoy
your trip to the fullest as we never impose arbitrary time or dive limitations.
On our trips you will get more diving than any other trip to the same areas,
extra dive guides and experienced group leaders who will also help you
organize your travel plans including air flights. As a guest photographer you
will have the prime photo opportunities.
All our trips are special liveaboard charters so that you can dive as much
and as long as you like and target your diving at the best sites for photography
and for observing marine life.
The Banda Sea trip is an itinerary that is seldom offered.
It will be Deb's third on this route over the past 15 years. We will start in
Maumere, Flores, dive through the volcano islands over to Alor, spend a
couple of days diving some top-notch macro spots in Alor. Then we start
north to Wetar, Gunung Api (very remote, famous for many thousands of
sea snakes), Lucipara/Penyu islands (excellent wall diving with good coral
coverage and fish life), Banda Islands (history, mandarinfish, unusual lava
flow dive) and right up to Ambon (excellent reefs, incredible muck dive).
This trip is nearly filled with repeat guests who have done trips in Indonesia
on SMY Ondina with us before. Experienced divers, intelligent, well-behaved,
FUN and interesting folks from around the world!
