Going to learn OW at Koh Tao in late Apr/eary May. Please suggest.

I'm going to learn OW at Koh Tao in late Apr/eary May.

Is it a good time to do that? Specially for the weather.

Please suggest me.

gif, my girlfriend and I have just completed our PADI OW course on Koh Tao. We used this board to ask the same questions you have. Have a look at this thread - http://www.scubaboard.com/showthread.php?t=126634.

In the end we went with the dive op Dive Point (who were also recommended on this board in that thread). We found them to be amazing although once you get there you will find that there are 100's of ops to choose from. Not really sure about the weather although think it's good around then.

april/may is prime high season for ko tao diving. weather will be sunny and HOT:D
