Hi I'm fairly new to Scubaboard but there is a wealth of information on this site! Thanks to everyone who gives advice. It has helped me a great deal. I just bought a new Stinger and am waiting to dive with it in Cozumel in May, but I was wondering how people store it. Is there a special case that is good, or just a pelican case? Let me know. Thanks.

I store mine on my left wrist. Such an nice watch it's a shame not to use it every day.:D
Leave it in the box it came with. One thing though to consider: If you have the metal bracelet, you may want to change it out for a different band that loopes under each connecting bar. That way if one bar comes loose, the Stinger will still stay on your wrist.

Not a big deal when you are typing on SB as I am, but a real issue on a 5000' deep wall in Coz.:D

Or even better, ditch the metal or the rubber bracelet, and get one of these puppies:

Even if one of the pins should come loose, your watch will stay on. Didn't you get a plastic case when you bought it? I just keep mine in that. It's just a bit too big for me for everyday use.

I didn't get mine with a plastic case, just a cardboard box. I'll keep looking for a place to keep it. It's a little large to be wearing it in a suit at work. . . but I might wear it sometimes! Thanks.

That is what I thinking of. Thanks for the link...

Hey, you're in LA! I think you should wear it with your suit. And decorate your living room with your surfboards and hang your bike on the wall........unless you're married.
