I'm using a citizena aqualand watch. i'm having difficult reading it in my night dives and it seems to have luminous display.

Any suggestions?
thanks

haha you joker..saw the link: defogging my mask?

but really are there any suggestions how i can read my watch (citizen aqualand) during night dives?

Its a bit painful to the eye to shine the torch at it to look at it.
Thanks in advance

nilsdiver:
you could try shining your light on the watch to charge up
the luminescent paint and then look at the watch.

yawhol!

Depending on your age, you may need a magnifying stick-on lens for your mask.

I would not recommend the UK 40 eLED+ on the mask unless you want
A LOT of light. - I use that light for my primary light.

Here is something you can try.

To keep the brightness down, don't put the gauge directly in the light beam.
I noticed that if you move your gauge SLOWLY towards the projection cone
of the light, you will be able to read the display BEFORE you actually get into
the main cone of light. Don't go too far or you will be into the cone and it
will be much brighter than you need and you will lose your night vision.
