NC Coast

[Take 'em]

Anyone on here dive in NC. I went to school down there and got my master cert. while going to college. Logged many of dives off the coast and wnated to see if anyone else has been down there. great wreck dives.

Been there twice in the past month...awesome wreck diving. Which boats do you usually dive off? Favorite sites?

Been down a few times, every time I went with Olympus. The Proteus is still the most beautiful wreck I've seen, but then it may stick in my mind since it's the first dive I ever made down there. First time I could see the wreck and the dive boat at the same time. The Papoose was pretty awesome too with all the Sand Tigers.

I did a dive on the Indra out of Morehead City, great visibility, but the water temp was super cold.

I usually dive out of Wrightsville Beach, the water temp in the summer is usually in the 80s and the vis is good when ya get offshore.

There are a lot of great wrecks, and plenty to see.
