Has anyone heard of the air gauge on the Decor Darwin console flooding? I went diving the other day at my local dive shop and my gauge flooded out in about 10' of water. I'm wondering if this was just my luck, or if this has happened to any of you? Thanks

I had my air pressure gauge flood last year. It was the first time I'd ever heard of that happening. It flooded in about 20-30 feet of water. The gauge still worked and I just kept an eye on it to make sure the pressure gauge was still working. I worked just fine during the dive except the housing flooded. I even did a 2nd dive on it that day.

Of course it corroded pretty good in the days that followed that dive (saltwater). Of course I had to replace it.

However, it wasn't a Dacor Darwin brand. It was a Sea Elite gauge, which at the time I bought it I think the same company that made the dacor gauges might have been making the Sea elite gauges at that time.
