I recently bought a 1943 mk 5 dive suit. I want to see pictures of original ones so I can see what sccessories go along with the suit. Unfortunately, I can not find any good sites that show pictures or give info on the subject. Can anyone share pictures or a site name that I can view to try to help me? I will provide a link to pictures of my suit. Overlook the overly-exicted picture of me... I was trying to be funny! :) thanks!

Nice looking suit, did you get the weight belt also?

I have someone dressing out on the bottom of www.rmediver

Here are some from the US Army in Alaska, Korea, and Virginia.

You can find more images on the dive board on www.hspig.org as well

Your going to dive it right?

Jeff

The jake suit looks legit, but newer than 43. I would be leery of the Mark V. There are a lot of repro 1943 Mark V helmets out there. Hope you did not get taken. That helmet looks like a knockoff to me. Hope I am wrong and hope you got a good deal. A close up of the manufacturer's plate might help ID it.

Actually, the inset for the speaker is in the wrong position (rear of the hat) this is common for some reason in some knock-offs but even if it is not authentic it makes a great display piece!
