I would think Pro Dive would be a good choice.

When I did my IDC at Pro Dive, yes, it had a fair dive LDS retail operation. I also visited every other dive shop in the 20 mile radius.
One had it's own mini pool in-store to try gear out, the clearance section at Diver Direct was worth the visit. There was one just one SE 17th (South side) that was cool) and there was another one, maybe 5 blocks south of there in an industrial park that was my kinda store (bad hours and gear 14' up the walls).

There's also world watersports which is really cheap for a lot of gear and accessories... It really depends what you're looking for.
