So I'm coming in to winter and I'm not going to go play free diving in my 6.5mm semi dry.
I want to find some ways of exercising and having a bit of fun for freediving skils in the pool.
 
Pool training is great, make certain you have a partner. Lifeguards are notoriously useless if you blackout or Samba.
Try lap swims.... one lap on top, one lap kicking, one lap underwater.... or hypoxic training...
Like I said, don't push it without a partner. I know it isn't convenient but brain damage isn't convenient, either.
