Very interesting device, but needs a radar to be looking for you.
 
I can just see it now. Somebody is going to combine scuba and kiteboarding. Heck, we already have the harness with the BP/W, so just attach the kite to your scooter ring. :14:

I'm sure its safe to ignore the no-fly warning if we stay within a couple feet of the water.
