Which one of these are the newest or best?I have a chance to pick both up from a former diver.Don`t know much about them.Any clues? Thanx Timortal

The prodigy is the newer model between the two. Both have been out of production for several years. If the Datamax has a blue button, it has a user changeable battery, as does the prodigy. They are very similar in operation, the display of the prodigy is easier to read IMHO.

We did recently send out some wrist models of the Datamax Sport, which you may see for sale at great prices.

The units are a combination of assembled spare parts and old but new stock that were tested.

Best,

Chris
