What's the best way to put your initials on these types of things to avoid confusion on the boat? I'vew heard some say "Liquid Paper" and I've not yet tried it but was wondering if the collective wisdom here has already found the definitive answer.

Thanks in advance - Ray

I use colored zip ties through the zippers, straps, etc.

White Paint pens. Get them at your office supply store.

White paint pens. Or yellow. Heck, even the blue will work well on some things.

Note that you'll want to mark it on a hard plastic area for softer items, like masks, because the paint will flake off of soft silicon.

It's real simple. I make a rule. All gear must be marked. The mark I choose is none. Thus all unmarked gear on the pool deck or at the dive site must, by definition, be mine. That get the students moving. Actually I use two small signal flags on all my gear that are my initials.

Go to the auto store and get a tire whitewall marker. worked well on my rubber/silicon items.
