Aeris Atmos 2 computer froze up

My Aeris Atmos 2 computer froze up this morning. It just displays 8's all over. I can't access any data on it anymore. Has this ever happened to anybody or is this common with this computer? My buddy has the same computer and his froze up also. He's taking his back to the shop on Friday.

Take the battery out of it and let it sit for several hours.

It's picking up something wrong in the diagnostic run. The K may work but it may come back later.

Send it back to Aeris, they'll take care of it.

My Aeris Atmos AI did the same thing, just showing 888 on everything. Changing the batteries did not fix it, ended up sending it back to Aeris and they sent a new one.
