Are Oceanic & Aeris computers the same?

It looks like Oceanic Pro Plus 2 and Aeris AI are the same basic dive computer, is this correct? Both companies websites look almost identical as well.
 
Basically. Bob Hollis owns Pelagic and Oceanic and Aeris (and a couple others)

They have some different features but are similar.

As mentioned above both are pretty close but when it comes to ergonomics and size, I think the Ai wins hands down.
 
Feature for feature (software/user interface) is very similar. What it comes down two between these two particular computers is size. The AERIS ATMOS ai is more compact and has an LCD that reads sideways - more like a dash board display. The Pro Plus 2 is larger, and has digits to match.
