Went to the lantern festival last night, while walking thru the park in the dark I found a cool tree to photograph:

You're welcome.

Ahh that is nice, do you have any in color?
Just curious what effect color would lend to the picture..

I'd suggest taking photos at more parks in the night, hehe, but then you'd have to contend with amorous teenagers :14:.

one, very out of focus one...when I saw what that looked like I changed to monochrom. If you'd like, I'll post it....did you see the settings that I posted for you in the other thread? you were right on the f2.6

More likely to to contend with the homeless. Due to the festival I felt safe to walk thru...wouldn't go there on any other day. :frown:

I saw, I figured as much, made sense to me :).
Sure you can post the original in color.

I guess next time you'll increase the ISO, so you can use a faster shutter speed for a less 'blurred' shot if possible..

it was actually kicked up to 1600, the highest I could set it.

Please keep them coming. :yelclap: I love B&W pictures.

I can't take pictures worth a damn but sure appreciate others that can.:D
