Does the Dive Rite Transpac have a back plate already in it? Or is it something extra you have to add yourself?

No - the Transpac uses "stabilizer plates" to attach it firmly to the tanks. It gets its rigidity from the tanks, not a backplate. For singles, it attaches directly using two cam bands - and still gets its rigidity from the tank.

TP II has no plate in, and I do not see how you can add one.

OMS IQ Pack comes or can be fitted with a plate.

Does the Zeagle Ranger have a backplate making it moore like the OMS IQ?

No, the Zeagle Ranger does not have a backplate in it, nor can you add one to it without some serious southern engineering.
