yes you need to have a fishing licence and the only thing you can catch is carp blue gill and there is one more but I can't think of the name as far as fishing spots there is alot of carp in sajuaro lake but viz is really bad lake pleasant has the best viz but the carp are small and few and far apart but there are some good sized bass that are very curios and love to come right up to you just can't get coght shooting them I would also recomend using a a boat and no tanks just free dive it the carp get scared form the bubles
