Any hints on getting Veo250 to download

I have a veo250 that I can not get to download I keep getting a timed out message the usb cable is recognized and I have checked cable connection to the DC I'm using the newest Oceanlog program It worked 1 time and downloaded the dives but now it just refuses too. Any advice?

Hello Greg - sorry for the delay.

The "Time Out" message and the fact that you have been able to get it to work a couple of times indicates that it is the connection to the dive computer that is causing the problem. Can you see anything in the data port that could be creating a problem? The orientation of the module in the boot may be creating interference - could you remove the module and try it again? If that is not successful, the next thing that I would try would be a new cable - PM me and I'll get a replacement to you.
