Three quick questions...

1.Does the VT3 work with the old transmitters?... Also is there any that it won't work with?

2. If we have a old non-working one... does oceanic rebuild the old ones or do you just issue a rebuild???

3. Are any rebuilt transmitters available to authorized dealers or an end user?
Thanks!!!

Hi msedivingdoc -
1. The VT3 will work with earlier generation (DataTrans / DataTrans Plus) and current (ATOM / VT Pro) transmitters. See the link above for more information.

2. Servicing: The current transmitter (http://www.oceanicww.com/img/p_computers_vtpro_transmitter1.jpg) is replaced with a new or refurbished unit when returned for service - suggested retail price if not covered under warranty is $70.00. The earlier generation may be upgraded to the current with a suggested retail price of $250.00 (or purchased new for $459.95).

3. Rebuilt transmitters are not available for sale - our inventory only supports units returned for service.
