after i finish my open water im going for my dpv i am getting a scooter for use in ocean and later in caves

I don't see a question. However I'll assume that you're asking for a recommendation. If this is the case, I don't have any experience with scooters but I've heard that the X-Scooter and the Gavin are nice. Ignore the guy in the nut-huggers.
 
Ummm.. What was the question? I didn't see any question in your post? It was a statement saying what you were doing.

Well, there's always the Wal-Mart scooters, but if you read my post you'll find some slightly higher quality DPVs. That being said, there will probably be different ones on the market by the time you raise $3,500 to buy one.
