OceanLog 2.1 - Can't add Location, Site, etc.

1. I can't add data such as Location, Site, Operator, Resort, Dive Boat.
**Is this a defect?

I can enter Captain, Crew & Guide.

2. A location already in the DB before updating to 2.1 was accidently pulled into a new dive and now I can't get it out.
**Is this also a defect?

3. I can't add any info under Gear.
**Is this a defect?

Having read some other posts here I know there are other issues as well.
