I have a Aqua Lung Conshelf SE2 first stage, primary and octo and it has served me well for the time I have had it.

Does anyone have the specs for this? Mainly is it balanced or unbalanced, piston or diaphram?

Balanced diaphram 1st stage, just like the rest of the Conshelf series.

Except for the 1/2" port it is the same first stage as the Conshelf XIV.
