I know it's not much help, but the only infos I have about diving in PEI is a link to Black Dolphin Diving, in Charlottetown.Jamie_r:
I know it's not in PEI, but Moncton has a fairly active dive club, the Moncton Dive Club. They organize dive outings in the Northumberland Strait area and scallop dives in the Pictou area regularely. Not to mention that you will be within easy reach from wreck diving in the Halifax area.

Yeah, any help is good help though, Black dolphin is a cool little spot but i like back home "torpedo rays" much better, thanks for the help, im just lookin for some dive buddys to do some shoredives with, black dolphin mainly does boat dives i belive $$$$
