there is couple wrecks around blue water bridge in sarnia, , check with dive shops in sarnia , they will have more info

I live half hour from Leamington and yes there are lots of wrecks here but vis is usually not good. Sarnia and hour away is much better vis

Kingston is Great but it is more then 2-3 hours from Leamington and South western Ontario, more like 5 hours.
