$1300 budget--I tell you reqs and you tell me what you get...

If you had a $1300 budget, and needed the following--what would you get (brand/type), and where would you find it.

1) 2x DIN regulators 1st/2nd for doubles (DIR "approved")
2) 1x 3mm wetsuit
3) 1x 300 bar manifold
4) 1x tank bands for Al 80s
5) Digital U/W camera

Would be shipped to Hawaii, so shipping cost must be considered.

you can easily blow away $1300 right there.
