Atmos2 - Do I have to do anything different in fresh water?

I've only used the Atmos2, in salt water.

On an upcoming trip, I'll be diving both salt water and fresh water, though not on the same days. Is there anything special I need to do when making the transition? Thanks!
 
...unless the freshwater diving is at altitude.

If it is, make sure you manually turn on the computer before hopping into the water (instead of just letting the water contact turn it on.) This allows it to sense the altitude and make the required corrections.
