best time of year to dive Costa Rica?

wondering what time of year would be best for a vactation to Costa Rica? We will be staying in the pacific northwest, Papagayo area. If anyone can tell me what time of year is best I would appreciate it.

I just got back. The water was 84 degrees. I dove out of Playa Ocotal near Playa Coco. The diving is good all year. The weather is hot Jan to May and then the rainey season. Then it gets down to the 80s and every thing turns green.
