If the unit is les than a month old it can just be exchanged at the dealer, if not you can overnight it to us and we will do the same back to you so the weekend is good. If you need to overnight call 510-562-0500 ext 226 and get an Return authorization and explain the urgency.

OK Great. that will help out alot. I bought it about a year ago, and only have about 25 dives on it. Thanks agian for all the help.
 
I just got off the phone with tech support and got an RA number and will be overnighted to customer service. Thanks for the help.
 
Just got my computer back and they sent me a new computer. Thanks for the help and i am very happy as i can dive this weekend.
