I'd like to publicly thank the Oceanic staff. I'm working on a rather large dive project. I've gotten a bit of a run-around, but that was expected to put me in contact with the right people. All I heard on the 1st call was, "you need to speak with an area rep, here's his/her number, so give him/her a call."
The rep was extremely interested and very accomodating for my needs, in fact I was put in contact with another person in customer service who could help take care of a research issue that I'm having. Talk about unexpected help!
So thank you Oceanic (specifically Rick and Bill, but others too), hopefully everything will fall into place so the business side of the house can get rolling and we can finally get products ordered!
